Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Negotiate property prices and contract terms.
- Stay up to date with local real estate market trends.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Prepare property listings and maintain accurate client records.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams throughout the transaction process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a customer-facing sales role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the local property market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred).
